Wow Denise, I love this topic idea! It is crucial to learn how our students feel about writing in order to help them in the writing process. I think students voices are often loss, one reason I speculate this may be happening is due to the high demand of standardized testing, and teachers efforts to try to fit cover every topic rapidly. I think it is great to take a step back and ask students how they are feeling about writing, especially since they are the real reasons we choose to be teachers. I will look forward to reading your results of this study!
